Shipping Policy – Refine Supplements

At Refine Supplements Pty Ltd (ABN: 97 672 763 165), we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our full shipping policy for orders placed through refinesupps.com.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia.

International shipping may not available at this time. Please email us and we can arrange something.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Service Estimated Delivery Time Cost

Standard Shipping 2–8 business days $7.95 flat rate

Express Shipping 1–3 business days $12.95 flat rate

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers (e.g. Australia Post or Sendle) and may vary depending on location and external delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your delivery using the link provided.

  1. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
