Change of Mind
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind on any opened supplement products.
If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked method.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please email us. We’ll assist with tracking and, where appropriate, replace the item once confirmed undelivered by the carrier.

Refund Processing
Once your return or refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions
We cannot issue refunds or replacements in cases where:
The product has been opened or used (unless faulty)
The issue is reported after 7 days of delivery
The damage is due to misuse or neglect
